The buttonhole twist I have is a bit too dark and I’d like to avoid ordeing more if possible.Ameliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02817598287601523512noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-551424472094627555.post-63969968357985656172020-09-10T04:49:00.469-07:002020-09-10T04:49:00.469-07:00Ooh, lovely. I've seen some modern instructions out there that are not very good, and some that tell you to cut off enough thread to finish the button when the wraps start to slip, and to pass it under the threads at the back with every wrap, which is silly because wrapping it around a pin work so much better and faster.Vincent Briggshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05474643670078607904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-551424472094627555.post-4032202364374098842020-09-09T13:34:02.047-07:002020-09-09T13:34:02.047-07:00Thank you so much for the video. I bought a single button kit from the museum shop years ago, but unfortunately I couldn't make any sense of the instuctions. This makes it all far clearer.

https://macclesfieldmuseums.co.uk/how-we-became-the-silk-town Black Tuliphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00399472362773743743noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-551424472094627555.post-13482275175567957132020-09-07T15:00:15.501-07:002020-09-07T15:00:15.501-07:00Thank you Mamoo! The small ones only take about 5 minutes, and the bigger ones less than 20 each.Vincent Briggshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05474643670078607904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-551424472094627555.post-27437365296546407162020-09-07T07:36:50.628-07:002020-09-07T07:36:50.628-07:00You look just like George Engleheart. Then there is so much I don't know from the world of fashion of long ago. All I know is that you do some excellent work that takes a lot of patience. You video was excellent.
Hugs, MamooJuliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03423754263165266554noreply@blogger.com
